DO I NEED 1 HOUR OR 2 HOURS?

If you have multiple questions or areas you would like guidance on, please book the 2 hour session. If you have one specific focus for our call, feel into your body and ask yourself if you feel that you need 1 hour or 2.

If you are uncertain about the length of time you will need together or if you feel you need clarity on whether or not I am the soul to help you on your journey at this time, please feel free to book a free 15 minute connection call and I am happy to help you find clarity.

HOW DO THE SESSIONS WORK?

When you book your 1:1 Spiritual Healing Session, you will be prompted before the call to tell me, in as much detail as possible, what is going on in your life that has led you to book with me. This will allow me to tune into the energy of the situation and begin receiving guidance before we even meet (and this saves us precious time together, too!)

On the day of our session, we will meet on Zoom for the allotted time and achieve the intention set for our time together. This is a safe space for you to be your truest self, for your soul to be seen, heard, and loved in a way that you may have never experienced before. You will experience paradigm/awareness shifts on the call and these will continue to occur after our time together as well.

After the call, you will receive your call replay, as well as any journal prompts or healing tools that come through for you in our time together.
